Warranty Policy

1. Certified Pre-Owned Devices: Covered under warranty for 3 months.


2. Brand New or Latest Devices: Covered under warranty for 1 year.


3. Exclusions from Warranty:
– Water-Damaged Devices are not covered.
– Physically Damaged Devices are not covered, including:
– Broken screen
– Swollen battery
– Device not turning on


4. Technical Issues Covered (Within the warranty period: 3 months for pre-owned devices, 1 year for brand new/latest devices):
– Battery problems
– Camera malfunctions
– Device switching off and on unexpectedly
– Audio issues
– Screen freezing or unresponsive to touch
– Device not charging
– Network problems


5. Exclusions for Technical Issues:
– Charging issues (Caused by overcharging or faulty charging points)
– Power IC Issues (Caused by extreme power consumption due to overcharging)


6. Accessories:
– Chargers and earphones provided as free items are not covered under warranty.

Refund Policy
1. Refund Policy:

-Full Refund of purchase, clients are entitled to a 7-day period to request a refund.

-A full refund will only be issued if the device is experiencing technical issues that are verified and confirmed by our team.

FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, CLIENTS ARE ENTITLED TO A 7 DAY PERIOD TO REQUEST A REFUND.


2. Refund Conditions:
-If a client requesting Full refund must have a valid reason and full refund will be done within 7 days, from the day of refund request.

-If the device is returned without any technical issues, a 25% fee will be charged on the total amount paid for the item.

-The remaining balance will be refunded within 7 days from the date the refund request is submitted and approved.


3. Refund Process:
-All refund requests must be made in writing and accompanied by proof of purchase.

-Devices must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
