Warranty

• Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Devices: 3 months warranty
• Brand New Devices: 1 year warranty
• Exclusions: Physical damage caused by the owner is not covered under the warranty

Refund Policy

• Full refund is applicable within 7 days from the day of purchase, check the refund page for more information.

Water Damage

• Submerging the device in water is at the owner’s risk and is not covered under the warranty.

Liability

• The ApplePlug is not responsible for any circumstances or issues that arise after the sale event.
• If the device has been repaired by a third-party entity, The ApplePlug will not be responsible for any subsequent faults or issues with the device.
