  • Screen Not Responding or Freezing
  • Not Charging Device
  • Network Problems
• Exclusions: Water Damage and Physical Damage (such as broken screen, swollen battery, not turning on)

Brand New or Latest Devices

• Warranty Duration: 1 Year
• Covered Technical Issues within Warranty:
  • Battery
  • Camera
  • Switching Off and On Device
  • Audio IC Issues
  • Screen Not Responding or Freezing
  • Not Charging Device
  • Network Problems
• Exclusions: Water Damage and Physical Damage (such as broken screen, swollen battery, not turning on)

Technical Issues Not Covered Under Warranty

• Charging IC issues caused by overcharging or faulty charging points
• Power IC issues caused by extreme power consumption from overcharging

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Applicable within 7 days from the day of purchase, provided you have a valid reason.
• Delivery Fee: A delivery fee will be incurred for refunds/returns.
• Note: No returns or refunds on iPhones without issues.
